How to properly delete an app from Mac

Many people delete apps from their Mac by simply deleting the it from the applications folder. Well, it does work in a sense that this app will no longer be able to work on this Mac. But, this is not a clean deletion; there are still some supporting files remained in the various corners of your Mac.

Today, I’d like to introduce you to an awesome app – CleanMyMac.

This app has many features, but one of my favourites is its powerful uninstaller.

As you may see from this graph above, the app can automatically help you detect all the remaining bits of an app.
